This collection is just full of bangers, it's been

my go to for months and will be for who knows

how long cause it's just too good.

I highlighted my favorite song from each album, but

take it with a grain of salt because even

within albums it's so hard to pick one favorite

so really i have loads more.

I am so sad for Polites it's crazy, getting through

"The Underworld" is rough when him and Ody's

mom show up :( Only song i skip is

"Hold Them Down" cause i'm not listening to no man

talk about holding women down YUCK

Shoutout to Luke Holt for putting his whole Zeusussy into God Games cause that part at the end where he's pissed at Athena is pure heroin for my ears. Overall the casting they did was so good and there's so many parts from different songs that are permanent earworms now.

Here's some albums and songs that i've

been enjoying plus honorable mentions for

tunes that have been staples

I'll likely combine a couple genres into

same sections just for convenience and

to not make this page long as hell

These are a few of my recs for albums in which

i think every song is a certified banger!

There's loads more but these have been tickling Humble flex:

my ears most lately and they deserve the mention.

In order:

vildhjarta - + där skogen sjunger under evighetens granar +

Ghost - Skeletá

Ov Sulfur - Oblivion

Sleep Token - Even in Arcadia

Synestia - The Poetic Edda

1. Ov Sulfur - Untruth

2. Ov Sulfur - Seed

3. Hoobastank - The Reason

4. Keane - Somewhere Only We Know

5. Radiohead - Let Down

Don't forget to listen to Ov Sulfur's newest album Endless :)

Bunch of bangers as usual

Pop+ Playlist

With these genres i have less full albums i'd

listen on repeat, so here's a few songs i've had actively

on repeat. I won't deny there's usually at least one or two

that come from my occasional doom scrolling of tiktok.

Rap wise i definitely had a much bigger Korean rap phase but

i'm adding those to the Korean music section below.

Honorable mention goes to Your Idol from the KPOP Demon Hunters movie because i've had this on repeat SO many times as it was my go to practice song while playing Kovaak's aim trainer lmao. (Yes i'm putting it into pop and not kpop sue me.)

Always appreciate Pitbull, nuff said. I fuck with "Hey Baby" so hard.

Geez where do i even start here xd ok no but

i had a really massive kpop phase for a very long time

starting from 2011-2012 and was even into making

fanfics (we don't talk about those times). It spread into also listening

to a lot of k-hiphop, older kpop from the 90s, k-rock all the way to damn

trot songs from even further back not to mention i learned the

damn language too.

There's going to be so many songs i like a lot that i'm not

even going to attempt pick favorites here cause it's going to be impossible.

Wish i'd have something where i had everything saved from

years and years back cause by now i'm sure i've forgotten about a lot of

great songs and my old youtube playlist is long gone </3 (BacK In My DaY we didn't have

spotify or tidal or things to rely on)

Shoutout to the songs that started it all

Shoutout to the songs currently on heavy listening

VIBE - About me

Recommend this album from the ballad genre,

most songs here are fantastic in my humble opinion

and they have iconic older songs worth checking out

Swings - Upgrade III

My rec for K-Hiphop, not every song was

a hit for me but those that were i was listening

on repeat for ages. Holy was my favorite,

trust its good even though its long as hell. Otherwise

Master Mind and Medical records are top tier!

Bursters (formerly Burstered) - Lost Child

With Korean metal and rock albums i'm not as well

versed as i'd like to be because i focused on KPOP so

much, but this band i listened to quite a bit. Sadly

they don't have that much music.

I know more Pop-Rock korean bands like DAY6,

Xdinary Heroes, Rose Quartz, N.Flying and

FTisland. All of them very worth checking out!

DAY6 especially is dear to my heart.

Before i got into KPOP i was in a massive

V-Kei trench and it was a mighty glorious time. I have

fond memories that the first drawing i

ever liked from the one's i had made was of

my goat Hizaki. I'm adding other J-Music genres too

might not resist making a Versailles shrine.

(Jasmine You eternal member is not getting left out on my watch)

Literally pick any album from them and you're going to have

a grand time guaranteed. I can't pick a favorite

either cause these masterminds putting out banger after banger.

I'm pissed forever that i didn't get to see them the one time they were

in Finland and all my friends went to see them :')

(I loved Hizaki if you can't tell lmao)

Important shoutout to HIZAKI Grace Project and Jupiter!

Must check if you're into Versailles.

Never forget my kings ViViD! So sad that they didn't make a ton of music :(

Beside these, bands like Buck-Tick, the GazettE, Malice Mizer, MUCC, Dir en grey,

An Cafe, DuelJewel, Panic Channel, Matenrou Opera and Jiluka are all worth checking out.

SO PISSED A LOT IS MISSING ON TIDAL RRRAAAAHHHHH

Matenrou Opera at least is on spotify but not on tidal :(((

Besides V-Kei you can find a goldmine in just checking out anime opening songs,

lots of good music to be found there from varied genres and a good intro

to finding more stuff that fits your tastes. I've been into Omoinotake's new release,

Aimer is a good singer to look into and personally a band i like

a lot is called Acidman.

J-Music Playlist (very limited)
